You own your domain name, your content, your photos, your reviews and your customer list, always. We own and run the website itself. It is built and hosted on our system as part of your monthly plan, which is how there is no build fee up front.
Yes. We can look at what you have and tell you straight if it is worth keeping. If it is, you can keep it and drop our live review widget on it. If it is holding you back, we rebuild it on our system and point your domain at the new one. It is the same price either way.
Most sites go live within 7 days of us getting your content and your approval. The thing that slows it down most is waiting on photos, so have 15 to 20 job photos ready.
Your logo, job photos, the services you offer and the towns you cover. We also need access to wherever your domain is registered, so we can point it at the new site. We do that part on a screen share so you can watch every click. Then you look it over and approve it.
Yes. Edits and upkeep are part of the deal. Text us what you want changed, like a new service, a new photo or a new phone number, and we make the change. You don't pay per edit.
The website comes down, because it runs on our system. We give you notice first, and we hand your domain settings back so your email keeps working. You keep your domain, your photos and your reviews. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
