Google Reviews

We turn your finished jobs into Google review requests. Automatically.

After each job, your customer gets a text and an email in your business name asking for a review. If they don't click, we send two reminders, on day 3 and on day 8. About 20 to 50 out of every 100 new customers leave one. About 5 to 10 out of every 100 past customers do. You never have to ask again.

One client, start to finish

Seal Now: 8 years to get 60 reviews. A few months to pass 120.

What Conner was able to do is go back with our old customers and send out review requests. Going forward, all of our new customers are integrated in the system so they automatically get a review request. We're getting three to five new reviews a week.

Why reviews first

Google ranks the map pack on reviews. Customers pick on reviews. It's the same lever.

When someone searches "plumber near me," Google shows three businesses on a map before anything else. Review count, review recency, and rating are the biggest signals it uses to pick those three. Then the customer looks at the same numbers to decide who to call. Those three spots take about 65 of every 100 first calls, and the #1 spot alone takes 30.

That is why a review system is the first thing we set up for every client. Nick Davis at Freedom Dumpsters put it simply: "My Google ranking has skyrocketed and we're busier than ever."

The job closes

You mark it done in the software you already use, and the customer's name, phone and email come to us. Nobody types anything.

They get the request

Sent by text and by email in your business name, while the job is still fresh in their mind.

3

Reminders follow up

Two reminders, on day 3 and day 8, only if they haven't clicked yet.

4

Smart routing, if you want it

Optional. Turn it on and happy goes to Google, unhappy comes to you first as private feedback.

You get a text the moment it happens, so you can thank them while the job is fresh.

Run your own numbers

What does 90 days of asking actually get you?

Drag it to the number of jobs you finish in a normal month. The math below is the rate we actually see across our accounts, not a best case.

40

About 1 in 4 customers leaves a review when you ask right after the job and remind them twice. That is the rate across our client accounts. Some trades run higher, some lower.

Questions

About the review system

We ask every customer for a review and every customer gets the same Google link. Smart routing is optional, and it's off by default. If you turn it on, the request asks how the job went, and if someone is unhappy, they can tell you directly instead of the whole internet. Nobody is blocked from reviewing. Google's rules prohibit selectively asking only happy customers, and we don't do that.

Three ways, and most clients use two. Automatically from the software you already use (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, and most others). From a one-tap form on your phone or your office manager's computer. Or from a spreadsheet you send us for the past-customer campaign.

Something like: "Hi Sarah, this is Mike with Country Painting. Thanks for letting us paint the house today! Would you mind leaving us a quick Google review? It takes 30 seconds." We write it with you on the onboarding call, in your own words, and you can change it any time.

About 30 minutes on the onboarding interview, and manager access to your Google Business Profile. That access is what lets us pull your review link, respond to reviews for you, and keep the listing details accurate. Manager, not owner: you stay the owner, and you can remove us from your phone in about 20 seconds if you ever want to. We do it live on the screen share so you can watch every click. If we end up building you a website too, we'll need your domain host, and that's the whole list.

Yes. The review system stands on its own at $97 a month, or $970 for the year, and it doesn't need anything from your website. We can also add a live review widget to the site you have now, so your new reviews and video testimonials show up there on their own.

It happens to everyone, and a couple of honest 3-star reviews among 100 five-stars actually makes your profile more believable. We'll help you write a calm, professional response. If a review breaks Google's rules, we'll flag it for removal with you.

Then you want SEO Titan, $497 a month. It includes everything on this page, plus your Google Business Profile rebuilt and posted to every week, your business listed on 62 directories, keyword tracking, and a monthly heat map that shows where you rank across your service area. Same deal: no contract, cancel any time.

If reviews are all you need right now, stay right here at $97. We won't push you up. See what Titan does when you're ready.
