Built in Indianapolis, mostly at home shows
Hammer Systems is run by Conner James out of Indianapolis. Most of our clients we met in person, at a home show booth, talking to a roofer or a painter or a tree guy who does great work and was frustrated that the company with the bigger ad budget kept showing up above them on Google.
The fix turned out to be simple, and it's the same fix almost every time. Their review count didn't match their reputation, so the map pack ignored them. Their Google Business Profile was half filled out and years stale, so Google had no reason to trust them. We started building a system that fixed both, priced it so a two-truck operation could afford it, and let the results do the selling.
Today businesses across the country run on it: painters, roofers, remodelers, tree services, waterproofers, sealcoaters, dumpster companies, cleaning crews, and a flag pole installer in Rockville who now gets 15 calls a month in the dead of winter.
