Yes, we still build websites.
It just isn't what we lead with anymore. A website by itself doesn't get you found. Reviews and your Google Business Profile do, and that is where your money works hardest first.
So we build sites as an add-on for clients on either plan. Mobile-first, a page for every service, a quote form that texts you the second it's filled out, and hosting and edits handled for you. Most go live within 7 days of getting your content and your approval. Pricing depends on how many services and areas you cover, so we quote it on the call instead of guessing here.
About pricing
Really. Month to month, cancel by texting us. We'd rather earn it every 30 days. Most clients stay for years because the reviews keep coming in, not because a contract says they have to.
On the $97 review plan you get 14 days free. We build it and turn it on before you pay anything. After that you have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee that starts the day we onboard you, so if it isn't doing what we said, tell us and we refund you.
Titan has no free trial, because the work starts on day one and a lot of it happens before you'd see a result. It has the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Yearly plans are not refundable. If you want the safety net, start monthly.
Because it is a different job. The $97 plan asks your customers for reviews. Titan works on your ranking: your Google Business Profile, your posts, your listings across the web, and the keywords you want to show up for. It also includes the whole review system, so you are not paying for both.
Yes, and plenty of people do. Start at $97, watch the reviews come in, and move to Titan when you want to go after the ranking. Nothing gets rebuilt. Your review system carries straight over.
It is a one-time charge on Titan only, paid when you start. It covers the heavy lifting we do before anything is automatic: rebuilding your Google Business Profile from scratch, picking and setting your keywords, cleaning up wrong and duplicate listings across 62 directories, and running your first heat map so we know where you are starting from. That is real work by a person, and it happens once.
The $97 review plan has no onboarding fee at all. A website add-on is quoted separately.
Normal review-request volume is included. If you have thousands of past customers to contact at once, we'll tell you the carrier cost up front before we send anything. It's usually a few dollars.
In about a minute, without calling anyone. Open the Customer Payment Portal in the footer of any page, log in with the email on your account, and cancel there. No cancellation fee, no notice period, no phone call where we talk you out of it. If you'd rather we handle it, text us and we'll take care of it the same day.
Card on file, billed through Stripe. You get an emailed receipt every month and can update your card or cancel from the link in it.
