With Titan it is free. On the $97 review plan you can add it for $100 a month. It is the same site either way: mobile-first, a page for every service, city and service-area pages, a quote form that texts you the second it is filled out, and your live Google reviews on the page. Most go live within 7 days of getting your content and your approval.
About pricing
Really. Month to month, cancel by texting us. We'd rather earn it every 30 days. Most clients stay for years because the reviews keep coming in, not because a contract says they have to.
On the $97 review plan you get 14 days free. We build it and turn it on before you pay anything. After that you have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee that starts the day we onboard you, so if it isn't doing what we said, tell us and we refund you.
Titan has no free trial, because the work starts on day one and a lot of it happens before you'd see a result. It has the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Yearly plans are not refundable. If you want the safety net, start monthly.
Because it is a different job. The $97 plan asks your customers for reviews. Titan works on your ranking: your Google Business Profile, your posts, your listings across the web, and the keywords you want to show up for. It also includes the whole review system and a website built, hosted and kept up for you, so you are not paying for three things separately.
Yes. For as long as you are on Titan, we build your website, host it and keep it up at no extra charge. The $300 onboarding fee is the only one-time charge. You own your domain, and we run the site. If you cancel, the site comes down. We give you notice and hand your domain settings back so your email keeps working.
It is $100 a month on top of the $97, so $197 a month in all. It is the same website, hosting and upkeep that Titan clients get. Tell us you want one, or add it on your onboarding call, and we start building. If you later move up to Titan, the website is included and the $100 goes away.
Yes, and plenty of people do. Start at $97, watch the reviews come in, and move to Titan when you want to go after the ranking. Nothing gets rebuilt. Your review system carries straight over, and so does your website if you added one.
It is a one-time charge on Titan only, paid when you start. It covers the heavy lifting we do before anything is automatic: rebuilding your Google Business Profile from scratch, picking and setting your keywords, cleaning up wrong and duplicate listings across 62 directories, and running your first heat map so we know where you are starting from. That is real work by a person, and it happens once.
The $97 review plan has no onboarding fee at all. The website is not part of this fee. It is free with Titan, and $100 a month if you add it to the review plan.
One small one, and we'd rather tell you up front. Every text and email we send to your customers costs money to send. We pass that cost on to you. It works out to about 5 to 15 cents per customer, depending on how many reminders they need before they leave a review.
It runs on credits. Your account holds a small balance, loaded $10 at a time. Each text and email uses a little of it. When the balance gets low, the system takes another $10 from your card on file and tops it back up. You never have to watch it or refill it yourself.
$10 covers roughly 65 to 200 customers. If you send the one-time campaign to a big list of past customers, expect a few extra $10 top-ups that first month.
In about a minute, without calling anyone. Open the Customer Payment Portal in the footer of any page, log in with the email on your account, and cancel there. No cancellation fee, no notice period, no phone call where we talk you out of it. If you'd rather we handle it, text us and we'll take care of it the same day.
Card on file, billed through Stripe. You get an emailed receipt every month and can update your card or cancel from the link in it.
