No. The website build, the review system setup, and the onboarding interview are all covered by the first month. There's also a 2-week trial, so we get to work before you pay us, and a 30-day money-back guarantee if it's not a fit.
Normal review-request volume is included. If you run a very large past-customer campaign (thousands of contacts) we'll tell you the carrier cost up front before sending anything. It is usually a few dollars.
Yes, and a lot of clients do. Start with Essentials at $97, watch the reviews come in, and upgrade to Life-Timer at $197 when you're ready to add the website. The review system carries over, nothing gets rebuilt.
In about a minute, without calling anyone. Scroll to the bottom of any page on this site and open the Customer Payment Portal in the Company column. Log in with the email on your account and cancel there. No cancellation fee, no notice period, no phone call where we talk you out of it. If you would rather we handle it, text us and we will take care of it the same day.
Card on file, billed monthly through Stripe. You get an emailed receipt every month and can update your card or cancel from the link in it.
